How do I sign in to the Helpdesk?

You may want to sign in to the helpdesk to check the status of a ticket you have logged or to look at your previously logged tickets. You can log in by clicking on the 'Login' text in the top right of the helpdesk home page.

On the log in page you will be presented with the below options:

If you are a student or member of staff, please click on the 'Sign in with SSO' text to be automatically logged in with your School Microsoft account. If you are a parent you will need to enter the email address and password details you have registered with previously.
