Lawnside Teams Meeting System
The Lawnside meeting room is equipped with a 'Microsoft Teams Rooms' system. This means you can run a Teams meeting without needing to bring your device to the room. To use the system, you should invite the 'Lawnside Meeting Room' to your Teams meeting. If the time and date is available then it will be automatically accepted (please note that the Lawnside meeting room must still be booked through Engage and this booking takes precedent).
Use the silver/grey Yealink remote control to select the options on the screen and increase or decrease the volume of the system.
To invite 'Lawnside Meeting Room' to your Teams meeting
1. When setting up the meeting, add 'Lawnside Meeting Room' as an attendee. It will automatically accept the meeting.
2. When you enter Lawnside, turn on the TV using the remote and change the input to ........
3. Make sure the Teams Rooms system is turned on using the ......remote.
4. You should see a screen like below:

5. Your meeting or name should be listed in the calendar view on the right side of the screen.
6. A 'join' option should appear if you select your name/meeting.
7. You may need to either wait until the 'Lawnside Meeting Room' is allowed to enter the Teams meeting or permit entry yourself.
To join a Teams (or Zoom) meeting that the Lawnside Meeting Room hasn't been invited to
You can join a meeting 'on the fly' by selecting 'Join with an ID' on the screen options.
1. After selecting 'join with an ID', enter the Teams meeting ID and passcode on the screen below:

The meeting ID and passcode can usually be found on the Teams meeting invite or calendar item.
To create an 'ad-hoc' meeting
You can create a meeting 'ad-hoc' by choosing 'Meet Now' on the screen. This will create a meeting straight away and provide you with details such as the meeting ID and password, which you can share with other participants. You can also invite people by entering their email address.
