Lawnside Meeting Room AV Guide
The Lawnside meeting room is equipped with a large screen which can be used in two different ways.
Option 1. Plug your Surface in using the cables in the middle of the meeting table.
Option 2. Use the Microsoft Teams Rooms system (camera above the large screen).
Option 1 is the best option if you want to display something on your Surface like a video or spreadsheet etc. Option 2 is the best option if you have an external Teams or Zoom meeting.
There are three remote controls attached to the wall next to the screen. The white remote controls the air conditioning in the room. The silver/grey remote is for the Microsoft Teams Rooms system (option 2 above) and the black LG remote controls the TV itself.

Turning on the screen and changing the input to your desired function
Turn on the screen using the red power button on the black LG remote. When the screen turns on it will display the most recent input. You can change input using the button in the top right of the remote which looks like this:

If you want to use option 1 as previously mentioned, then change the HDMI input to "HDMI 2 Table Connection". Plug your Surface in to the USB C cable provided in the middle of the desk. Your Surface image should then appear on the large screen. If you do not have a Surface or device with USB C, then unplug the HDMI cable from the small dock in the middle of the table and plug the HDMI cable directly in to the HDMI port on your laptop or device. If you are playing a video or need volume, increase the TV volume using the volume buttons on the black LG remote.
If you want to use option 2 as previously mentioned, then change the HDMI input to "HDMI 1 Teams Rooms System". You should then be presented with the Teams Rooms system which looks like this:

If the image doesn't appear, you may need to power on the Teams Rooms System, using the power button on the silver/grey Yealink remote control.
